Matcha Ice Cream Recipe

Today's dessert is match ice-cream which is royal road of Japanese ice-cream. It's a wonderful combination of the flavor of fresh cream and the aroma of matcha. With an ice-cream maker, you can make ice cream easily.

[Ingredient] for 3 people
  • Matcha 1/2 tablespoon (1/4 oz)
  • Sugar 60g
  • Fresh cream (45%) 300cc
  • Egg yolk 2
  • Red bean paste (for decoration)

[How to make]

  1. Put and mix Matcha and sugar in a bowl.
    Please Mix a Matcha and sugar well.Matcha powder becomes so soluble in fresh cream by mixing with sugar in advance.
  2. Put two egg yolks in "1" and mix them well. And put fresh cream in them and mix them well.
  3. Put into ice-cream maker and turn on it.
  4. Some twenty minutes and done.
  5. Put the cooked red beans on the matche ice cream.
  6. The completion of matcha ice cream.
